  I rarely write reviews, let alone negative ones, but it’s only right that this must be done. The workers were all very kind people, however, the owner "Jim" is an extremely rude and disrespectful individual. There was a miscommunication regarding the payment of the job that was done which was very complicated, he called my family and was speaking to us like we were criminals that were stealing from him. I tried to explain to him that it was a miscommunication and tried to tell him what I was told by his own employees and his response was “that’s not my problem”. While the workers were awfully nice individuals and I can see why most reviews for the WORKERS (not owner) are positive, I would encourage you not to give your business and your money to this disrespectful and barbaric individual. If anything goes wrong with your work with them or the finances, expect a phone call from the owner speaking to you like you were a criminal and a child. There are many other businesses in the community that are more deserving of your business and would treat their customers with more respect.
