  We've used Brilliant to maintain our AC in the spring, and heater in the fall. Both times were a breeze. For the AC unit, they thoroughly cleaned it and even went to the roof to clean the unit up there. And for the furnace, they caught a faulty thermostat that was causing our furnace to restart more often than it should--although we didn't even notice until he pointed it out. Fixing just that one part should make a significant difference in our gas bill. The techs always take their time and explain exactly what they're doing and why. It's really an educational experience! I highly recommend them and will continue to call on them routinely.
