  I wanted to amend my review, as Enterprise called me this morning, and made things right. They brought an immaculate SUV to my house, and exchanged it for the sub-par one. I appreciate their efforts, and it means a lot - mistakes can happen, and it's all in how companies choose to rectify them (or not). Enterprise took action, they were gracious and apologetic on the phone and took accountability, and that means a lot to me. I will go back to doing business with this organization. Thank you for being responsive, and caring about making things right for your customers! It doesn't go unnoticed!
  
  It pains me to write such a negative review, but I simply have no choice. I am literally aghast and completely taken aback at how low quality, poorly maintained, and dirty the car I got yesterday from this location is. I keep thinking I'm being punked???? In over a decade of renting cars, I've never had such a negative experience.
  
  The car is a VERY rickety Ford Focus with almost 30,000 miles on it, that drives really rough and makes a lot of worrisome mystery noises. It smells awful inside, there were dirty balled-up tissues, there are dead wasps inside, and the windshield was so filmy and dirty that it was had to see. Additionally, there was literally almost no fuel. I keep believing it must be some kind of joke? How can this happen in a 1st world country???? If I could give negative 10 stars, I would. PLEASE do yourself a favor, and use this location as your last resort. I am beyond appalled at the state of this rental car - if my car didn't have to be left at the dealership for some repairs, I would have never rented this travesty of a vehicle.
