  The staff at Viking Gymnastics and Dance are very professional and courteous. It’s amazing the energy and knowledge that you get from the trainers here, they are eager to help and will to take time with you. Also they understand what you are striving for and they will get you there and further, while having fun.
  
  The instructors and trainers are extremely knowledgeable, highly motivated, and awesome people to be around. I've never been in a gym with a better vibe! Very eager to help and answer any questions. It was a team-oriented work place but very competitive. Was very busy but the customers were awesome to be around. Viking Gymnastics and Dance employees interact with all guests, members, and kids; making everyone feel as though they're walking into their second home. The culture of Viking Gymnastics and Dance as it relates to the staff is very family-oriented. They work as a team and encourage one another. Even guests and members become more like family.
  
  The classes are intense for every level athlete, and you will love the diverse workout combinations. I highly recommend this place to all of my friends and associates. They really go that extra mile to accommodate you and your children.

  My daughter started 2 months ago and we've loved the experience. They are really great at handling tots. I love that a lot of the coaches are their own students. Older ones teaching the tots. I like that I as a parent can be with my child during the class. They even gave me a follow up call to ask if I'm liking the classes.
